Bengaluru: Global IT systems integrator Brilyant has announced the acquisition of Sugansa India, a strategic move to fast-track its AI-first vision and embed advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into its enterprise service offerings.
This acquisition reinforces Brilyant’s commitment to delivering intelligent digital transformation at scale across industries.
Sugansa, with a strong presence in the UK and India, is recognized for its innovation in AI, machine learning (ML), and data engineering – serving sectors such as finance, media, and retail. Its team brings with it a deep bench of domain knowledge and proven success in implementing intelligent enterprise solutions.

As part of the integration, Sai Venkata, former Director at Sugansa, has been appointed Director – AI Practice at Brilyant. Reporting to Dinesh Arora, Senior Director – Enterprise Business, Sai will lead the newly established AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and collaborate with Brilyant CEO Akash Saxenaa on shaping the company’s AI roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
